About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- customer support for Solventum products & services
- acting as central point of contact for all trade partners, private customers, end customers and internal interfaces
- monitoring work queues for new requests
- identifying contacts in new companies and analysing customer needs
- supporting the sales and marketing functions in the development of sustainable customer relationships
- completing assigned tasks within agreed targets
- identifying opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time
- acting according to Solventum regulation and policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in English, German and French
- Commercial flair on the phone
- Customer First Thinking
- Previous experience working with Salesforce
- Previous experience working within customer service is a benefit
- Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
- Proactive attitude to the duties entrusted
- Collaborative Team player
- Analytical thinking
