  • customer support for Solventum products & services
  • acting as central point of contact for all trade partners, private customers, end customers and internal interfaces
  • monitoring work queues for new requests
  • identifying contacts in new companies and analysing customer needs
  • supporting the sales and marketing functions in the development of sustainable customer relationships
  • completing assigned tasks within agreed targets
  • identifying opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time

Requirements
