About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, coordinate, and execute hands-on educational workshops (in-office, regional, or events)
- Manage event logistics including scheduling, materials, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up
- Discussions clinical evidence and reviews podium presentations for peer-to-peer CE programs in conjunction with KOLs and Healthcare compliance
- Provide support for clinical education initiatives and help manage relationships with professional associations and universities.
- Support clinical education efforts by presenting on relevant clinical topics to customers and internal teams
- Maintains all contracting, reporting and payment responsibilities for healthcare professionals engaged with Solventum in collaboration with Global SEE Operations team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Five (5) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- High School/ GED/ AND nine (9) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Five (5) years Clinical or technical Dental experience
- Proficiency in virtual education and public speaking
- Licensed Dentist, Dental Hygienist or Dental Assistant
- Experience with Digital workflows in Dentistry
- Experience with implementation adult learning programs
- Proficient public speaking and presentations skills
- Proficiency and experience in project management
