About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a sales team focused on customer support, growth and strong relationships.
- Regional business management to deliver sustainable growth based on targets / quotas.
- Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints.
- Use data and analytics to inform business planning.
- Provide comprehensive coaching and support to all team members through field rides, 1:1 meeting, and team meetings.
- Manage team opportunity pipeline and critical business KPIs in Salesforce.
- Manage direct reports (sales & clinical) holding them accountable to achieve corporate annual financial and strategic goals.
- Model corporate core values.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher AND 5 years combined sales and sales management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- High School/GED AND 9 years combined sales and sales management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
