About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Designing, implementing and maintain solution training for the field sales team members.
  • Developing both in-person and online curriculum content.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for added, or improvements to, solution education.
  • Managing the Learning Management System content for solution education.
  • Managing the onboarding and continued education learning event calendar.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts in the development and maintenance of educational content.
  • Collaborating with sales enablement team members to develop comprehensive learning pathways for onboarding and continued education.
  • Collaborating to ensure sales enablement tools are current.
  • Documenting and tracking sales enablement event impact on sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to keep current on competitive solutions and market changes in the mid revenue cycle market.
  • Managing team of content specialists maintaining internal demonstration tools.
  • Keeping demonstration tools updated and under continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Five (5) years of experience in a clinical (e.g. nurse) or mid revenue cycle (e.g. coding, clinician documentation) role
  • High school/ GED or higher AND nine (9) years experience in a clinical (e.g. nurse) or mid revenue cycle (e.g. coding, clinician documentation) role
  • Two (2) years of delivering executive level presentations or educational content
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Prior experience with sales enablement or sales training adult learning concepts
  • LMS experience (Absorb or like solution)
  • Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Teams
  • Salesforce.com
