About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the commercial strategy, growth delivery, and operational excellence across Amazon and Mercado Libre in Latin America
- Own Joint Business Plans (annual and quarterly) for LATAM marketplaces, translating objectives into clear execution roadmaps
- Drive business retention and profitable expansion through end-to-end marketplace management
- Lead negotiations with marketplace partners to secure improved terms, programs, and visibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Five (5) or more years of experience in Key Account Management, eCommerce, or marketplace-related roles
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex accounts with measurable growth outcomes
- Advanced English and Spanish or Portuguese proficiency
