About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee major transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to define program strategy and roadmap and manage execution
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and support for transformation initiatives
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to track the progress and success of transformation projects
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation projects
  • Act as a key voice for change, helping to engage and align teams around achieving transformation goals and performance metrics
  • Drive overall cross-functional project management of transformation initiatives, including managing project plan, deliverables, owners and due dates, RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Escalations)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Management, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience leading large-scale transformation within healthcare/Medtech
  • Prior experience in management consulting at a top-tier firm is preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Project Management: Expertise in project management methodologies and tools
  • Transformation principles: knowledge and/or experience with agile/lean process preferred
  • Collaborative Approach: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Results oriented, hands-on, and able to roll-up their sleeves to drive completion of necessary tasks
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate and manage change in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of driving successful transformation initiatives with high impact results
