About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactive identification of new users and business opportunities for accelerated product penetration
- Independent management of own schedule to coordinate regular internal and customer meetings
- Build account intimacy with value added touch points, generate sales leads and leverage various products F.A.B to meet the customer's needs.
- Manage all aspects of multiple customer accounts and coordinate input and support from other internal business functions
- Gain deep expertise in both 3M/Solventum and competitor products.
- Identify and foster opportunities to identify, develop and utilise Key Opinion Leaders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Degree in Sales/Marketing/Nursing or any medical related field
- Min 3-5 years of sales related experience in medical devices sales in Malaysia.
- Experience working in an Operating Theatre environment
- Strong working relationships with operating theatre nurses, CSSD personnels and surgeons would be an added advantage
- A mature individual with a business development and a winning mindset
- Strong analytical thinking
