About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactive identification of new users and business opportunities for accelerated product penetration
  • Independent management of own schedule to coordinate regular internal and customer meetings
  • Build account intimacy with value added touch points, generate sales leads and leverage various products F.A.B to meet the customer's needs.
  • Manage all aspects of multiple customer accounts and coordinate input and support from other internal business functions
  • Gain deep expertise in both 3M/Solventum and competitor products.
  • Identify and foster opportunities to identify, develop and utilise Key Opinion Leaders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Degree in Sales/Marketing/Nursing or any medical related field
  • Min 3-5 years of sales related experience in medical devices sales in Malaysia.
  • Experience working in an Operating Theatre environment
  • Strong working relationships with operating theatre nurses, CSSD personnels and surgeons would be an added advantage
  • A mature individual with a business development and a winning mindset
  • Strong analytical thinking
