Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and execution of the company’s reporting and analytics within the Finance organization
Oversee report generation and drive predictive analytics initiatives
Make decisions on report design, consolidation, and automation
Implement the vision for reporting and analytics within Finance, aligning with organizational goals
Drive the creation, maintenance, and optimization of financial and operational reports
Develop and implement predictive models to forecast financial performance and identify trends
Champion automation and self-service analytics to improve efficiency and scalability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
7 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or financial planning
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple high priority projects
Ability to communicate effectively to leadership on progress and recommendations
Ability to manage a small team of professionals successfully
Strong knowledge of financial reporting
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience with ERP systems and data warehouses (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Snowflake)
