  • The Account Executive is responsible for managing commercial and institutional relationships with private healthcare institutions and public agencies.
  • Their main objective is to identify opportunities within these institutions to manage existing contracts and ensure the company's products/services are the preferred solution, always in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to satisfy your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a health-related field, preferably Nursing.
  • Proven commercial/sales experience is desirable, preferably with a healthcare portfolio.
  • Availability to travel 40% of the time.
  • MBA in Business will be a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare delivery within Central Sterile Services (CSSD) and the Operating Room (OR) is desirable.
  • Strong institutional relationship skills, with the ability to interact effectively with hospital directors, pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and clinical engineering.
  • Negotiation skills with a focus on value added and savings for public funds, not just price.
