About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Selling orthodontic supplies such as brackets, aligners, bands, adhesives, arch wires, elastics, hand instruments, and other materials directly to orthodontists
Meeting an overall sales quota
Building relationships with orthodontists, their staffs, and orthodontic residents
Working with a team consisting of inside sales, customer service, and accounts receivable
Managing customer discounts, orders, receivables, and overall satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (5) years of experience in field sales in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND (9) years of experience in field sales in a private, public, government or military environment
Current, Valid Drivers license is required
Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, order entry software
Oral Care industry experience
History of developing customer relationships
Strong work ethic, people skills, and competitive background
Understanding of time and territory management
Comfort level with technical information and numbers
Ability to speak and teach in front of large groups
Familiarity with the geography of the field sales territory
