About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Tap into curiosity and collaborate with innovative and diverse people
- Focus on the Defense Health Agency, Veteran Health Affairs, Indian Health, and other Federal clients
- Execute federal client engagement and growth efforts across DoD, VA, CMS, and IHS
- Own federal proposal strategy and authorship
- Develop core proposal artifacts, including executive summaries and pricing justifications
- Operate as a senior player-coach, integrating cross-functional contributors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
- Eight (8) years of combined experience in sourcing, government contracts, defense contracts, federal regulations, and/or supplier/vendor management
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide teams and deliver results
- Experience with briefing Executive Level/General Officer personnel
- Experience with proposal development, including writing, reviewing, and evaluating proposals
- Must be able to pass a government background check for a position of Public Trust
- Master’s degree with business-related concentration (additional qualification)
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite such as Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Co-pilot (additional qualification)
