About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement change strategies aligned with business objectives, partnering with executive leadership to assess readiness and define success metrics.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment, buy-in, and effective communication throughout change initiatives.
- Conduct impact analyses and readiness evaluations to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support development of and execution against key strategic transformation initiatives as the change practitioner.
- Lead and support enterprise coordination of scaled program level transformation portfolio.
- Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business goals.
- Partner with leadership to assess change readiness and define success metrics.
- Build relationships with leaders and key stakeholders for alignment and buy-in.
- Facilitate communication and engagement strategies to support awareness and commitment.
- Conduct impact assessments and change readiness evaluations to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
- Build and manage small team of change practitioners supporting change management for transformation efforts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or higher AND 10+ years of change management or organizational development experience
- Proven track record of successful change management initiatives and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, preference on global organizations and enterprise-wide transformations
- Prosci certification or equivalent required with demonstrated experience implementing Prosci methodology or equivalent across various organizational contexts
- Understanding of organizational development theories and principles, with emphasis on systems thinking
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with executive and senior leadership.
