About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and analyze account data and develop account plan, A&P budget to support Dental Solutions strategies and objective in the accounts.
- Be a key member of each sales team in order to provide feedback, input for developing brand strategies, and tactical plan etc.
- Effectively build strategic business partnership with own key account to deliver current and future business opportunities.
- Build Key Influencers (KI), Key Decision Makers (KDM) advocacy through partnership programs and leverage them in driving Solventum agenda.
- Conduct customer education activities to the targeted group of end users at hospitals/clinics, focus on core and new products, conduct value added programs to end users.
- Lead new products penetration in account, pro brand action for dental products, preventing of de-listing at hospital.
- Mitigate risk from hospital level policy changes and optimize price.
- Lead preparation and handle tenders and all price negotiation in responsible accounts.
- Analyze and develop pricing strategies and propose pricing approval to management.
- Provide input and obtain support for pro brand action from hospital KI & KDM.
- Identify commercial opportunities at account level; utilize Salesforce (SFDC), Point of sales (POS) analysis and implement commercial value propositions (e.g. bundling of products) to capture opportunities.
- Manage cross-organization activities to optimize investment.
- Ensures achievement of the account plan and delivery of the required financial results i.e. sales achievement, market share, new product listing number, product presentation & hand on workshop, project implementation.
- Lead cross functional & cross organization working team.
- Mentor & guide distributor sales team to ensure that they are properly motivated and performs effectively.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in medical science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in Healthcare, Dental or Orthodontics business will be preferred.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and networking skills.
- Previous Key account management or sales management experienced is preferred.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate education activities and special events in working areas (Bangkok and suburb).
- Strong leadership presence with an ability to develop and deliver targeted presentations at all levels of Healthcare Professionals.
- Good utilization in Point of sales (POS) analysis and CRM tool (SFDC) for setting territory plan as well as corrective action to sustain business growth.
- Good understanding of hospital procurement or tender process.
- Strong business management skills, Decisive, action-oriented and provide the best strategic business plan for product category.
- Stress tolerance, Drive, Strong organization skills, challenging and good problem-solving skill.
- Strategic thinking, Creative, Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and result-oriented.
- Excellent English proficiency and computer skill.
