Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee major transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to define program strategy and roadmap and manage execution.
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and support for transformation initiatives.
Establish metrics and KPIs to track the progress and success of transformation projects. Manage tooling and reporting mechanisms.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation projects.
Act as a key voice for change, helping to engage and align teams around achieving transformation goals and performance metrics.
Drive overall cross-functional project management of transformation initiatives, including managing project plan, deliverables, owners and due dates, RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Escalations).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree or higher in Business Management, or a related field
Around 7 years of experience leading large-scale transformation within healthcare/Medtech
Prior experience in management consulting at a top-tier firm is preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with executive and senior leadership and effectively build business relationships and influence without authority as part of a matrix organization
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Project Management: Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
Transformation principles: knowledge and/or experience with agile/lean process preferred
Collaborative Approach: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Results-oriented, hands-on, and able to roll-up their sleeves to drive completion of necessary tasks
Adaptability: Ability to navigate and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of driving successful transformation initiatives with high impact results and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with preference on global organizations and enterprise-wide transformations
Self-motivated, high energy, respectful, honest, hard-working and loyal team member
