About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Drive sales growth through virtual sales
- Up sell and cross sell strategically aligned products within focused markets
- Utilize detailed product and market knowledge to aid distribution partners and customers
- Achieve monthly phone and activity goals
- Drive sales pipeline health and exceed sales forecast through customer interactions
- Create and execute business plans
- Team with field sales representatives when appropriate
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and (2) years' experience in sales and/or the dental industry OR High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and a minimum of (7) years of experience in sales and/or the dental industry
- One (1) or more years of outside sales and/or inside sales experience
- Account management experience
- Salesforce.com experience is desired
- Skills include solution selling, listening skills, gain commitment
- Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment - Creative problem-solving abilities are preferred
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on tasks and maintain high productivity levels while working both in the office and remotely.
