What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in communications, public relations, journalism, business, or a related field
4+ years of experience in corporate communications or change management communications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strategic thinking with the ability to execute hands-on
Change management experience
A global mindset with the ability to adapt communications strategies
Excellent time management skills
Change management certification preferred (Prosci, CCMP or equivalent)
Experience working in industries such as medtech healthcare or highly regulated sectors is a plus
