About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partnering with Manufacturing and Supply Chain leaders to drive operational performance
- Supporting MedSurg to drive credibility of short‑ and medium‑term COGS P&L and balance sheet projections
- Driving sourcing spend optimization across materials, outsourced manufacturing, logistics, and freight
- Driving alignment across demand, supply, production, and inventory
- Providing recurring financial visibility to the broader business
- Supporting Manufacturing and Supply Chain Finance annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly operating rhythms
- Ensuring compliance with financial standards related to COGS, inventory, and capital expenditures
- Attracting, developing, and retaining talent
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Twelve (12) years of experience in business finance, manufacturing finance, supply chain finance, and/or financial accounting
- Experience in manufacturing finance and/or supply chain finance
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or Business Administration (preferred)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation (preferred)
- Experience working in a medical technology or medical device organization (preferred)
- Experience designing or supporting global execution models (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels (preferred)
