About the role
- Account Reconciliation: Liaise with accounts payable and receivable team to ensure accurate financial records
- General Ledger Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance of the general ledger, including entering journal entries
- Accounts Payable & Receivable, Inventory accounting: Process sales invoices and credit notes
- Communication & Collaboration: Liaise with other departments to gather necessary information for financial reporting
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience preferably in large MNC’s or ASX listed
- A degree in accounting or finance is required
- Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA are mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using large ERP’s such as SAP, Oracle preferred
- Experience in Microsoft D365 is mandatory
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
