About the role
- Review, analyze and reconcile initial Accounts Receivable and Order Entry exceptions and discrepancies to ensure accurate invoicing and prompt payment within Solventum’s business practice and time sensitive guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED AND five (5) years of experience in medical insurance collections experience in private, public, government or military environment
- Demonstrates excellent communication, problem-solving skills and negotiating skills
- PC skills to include use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex A/R discrepancies
