About the role
- Lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise commercial technology platforms
- Perform definition and execution of a global commercial solutions technology roadmap
- Execute strategic partnerships with IT and business leaders
- Maximize adoption, ROI, and business value of commercial platforms
- Support seamless integration of enterprise platforms with BU-specific systems
- Prepare governance frameworks, delivery standards, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Execute vendor strategy, license optimization, and cost efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 15 years of relevant IT and digital leadership experience
- 7+ years of experience leading CRM and commercial technology ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce)
- 5+ years of experience driving platform transformation to deliver measurable outcomes
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and data integration
- 3+ years of experience embedding AI and automation into customer-facing domains
- 5+ years of experience leading global, cross-functional teams
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (additional qualification)
