About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a sales team focused on customer support, growth, and strong relationships
- Achieve corporate annual financial and strategic goals assigned to region
- Lead region to achieve strategic corporate goals which include sales force productivity and maximization of corporate contracts
- Manage expenses within assigned region budget
- Ensure operating margin goals are achieved
- Drive hiring, development, and retention of high performing staff
- Model, connect, and empower individuals to achieve goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Seven (7) years combined medical sales and sales management experience
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Experience in marketing, sales training, or product development in medical devices and operating room appliances and instruments (preferred)
- Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience forecasting
- Demonstrated leadership, planning and organization skills
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, project management and implementation skills
- Demonstrated process management skills
- Demonstrated relationship management skills
