  • Manage a sales team focused on customer support, growth, and strong relationships
  • Achieve corporate annual financial and strategic goals assigned to region
  • Lead region to achieve strategic corporate goals which include sales force productivity and maximization of corporate contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Seven (7) years combined medical sales and sales management experience
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Experience in marketing, sales training, or product development in medical devices and operating room appliances and instruments (preferred)
  • Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience forecasting
  • Demonstrated leadership, planning and organization skills
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, project management and implementation skills
  • Demonstrated process management skills
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills
