About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate business needs and long-term goals into an actionable, scalable, and secure technical vision and architectural roadmap
  • Align technical capabilities and aspirations with business goals, design solutions, and oversee implementation
  • Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of compliance standards for cloud and hybrid environments
  • Champion NIST control principles and integrate security into SDLC and business pipelines
  • Ensure compliance with GovRAMP, FedRAMP, and CMMC
  • Manage control and assessment documentation including architecture diagrams and data flows
  • Develop and execute strategic cybersecurity program roadmaps
  • Oversee the lifecycle of multiple programs from initiation to closure
  • Establish governance standards, SOPs, and toolkits
  • Represent the organization in customer and partner engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • 7+ years' experience in Cybersecurity, and program leadership in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Certifications: PMP/PgMP, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent
  • Expertise in secure cloud architecture, frameworks, DevSecOps, and governance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
