About the role
- Serving as the primary day‑to‑day liaison between Solve Studio and internal business partners
- Ensuring marketing initiatives are accurately scoped, strategically aligned to business objectives and executed with excellence
- Partnering closely with Solve Studio pillar leads and strategy teams on briefs, work sessions, and presentations for Tier 1 initiatives
- Leading account management for Tier 2 and Tier 3 programs
- Translating business and marketing briefs into clear, actionable plans
- Maintaining project budget integrity, tracking and forecasting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, or integrated campaign leadership
- Strong background in marketing strategy and campaign development
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
