About the role
- Supervise work groups with clearly defined roles within one functional discipline.
- Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries from internal and external customers
- Resolves issues and conflicts related to direct reports ensuring all Company policies and procedures are followed
- Communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external business customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 3 years of Customer Service in a private, public, government environment
- Associate’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Three (3) years of Healthcare Customer Service experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Developing and maintaining relationships and communications with stakeholders.
- Leading initiatives to cultivate growth
