About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and execute strategies, programs, tradeshows, educational events, digital campaigns, and new product launches for acute and government settings
- Partner with area teams to deliver insights on local market dynamics, product performance, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to advance a cohesive omni‑channel strategy
- Lead strategy activation and build a feedback loop to ensure strong execution at the local level
- Communicate effectively across internal local/area functions and engage externally with agencies, channel partners, and customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution
- 8 years of medical marketing or sales related experience
- Deep knowledge of national account marketing, Group Purchasing Organizations and/or IDN's
- Strategic mindset, prioritization and analytical skills
- Problem-solving capability
- Deep knowledge of the acute continuum of care and integrated delivery networks
- At least 2 years of sales or marketing experience to government entities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute programs and projects aligned with vision, strategy, and priorities
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proactive, self-starter, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Healthcare experience in Canada
