Key responsibilities & impact

Design and execute strategies, programs, tradeshows, educational events, digital campaigns, and new product launches for acute and government settings
Partner with area teams to deliver insights on local market dynamics, product performance, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to advance a cohesive omni‑channel strategy
Lead strategy activation and build a feedback loop to ensure strong execution at the local level
Communicate effectively across internal local/area functions and engage externally with agencies, channel partners, and customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution
8 years of medical marketing or sales related experience
Deep knowledge of national account marketing, Group Purchasing Organizations and/or IDN's
Strategic mindset, prioritization and analytical skills
Problem-solving capability
Deep knowledge of the acute continuum of care and integrated delivery networks
At least 2 years of sales or marketing experience to government entities
Experience leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute programs and projects aligned with vision, strategy, and priorities
Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proactive, self-starter, and comfortable with ambiguity
Healthcare experience in Canada
