About the role
- Define and execute the EMEA strategy for Advanced Wound Care in close collaboration with global leadership, translating global priorities into regional growth plans
- Lead portfolio strategy across EMEA, including positioning, value propositions, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management
- Drive growth programs across the region, including market penetration initiatives, new product introductions, and external growth opportunities
- Support EMEA P&L management, including resource allocation, investment prioritization, and budget ownership to maximize ROI
- Partner with Commercial Excellence, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain to enable strong execution and scalable growth
- Lead and develop senior marketing and business leaders, fostering a high-performance, insight-driven culture
- Act as a strategic advisor to the EMEA leadership team, providing clear recommendations on market trends, risks, and opportunities
Requirements
- Proven senior commercial leader with extensive experience in marketing, portfolio, or business leadership within healthcare, medtech, or adjacent regulated industries
- Strong track record of setting and executing regional strategies within a complex, matrixed, international environment
- Deep expertise in portfolio management, pricing, and value-based positioning, ideally across multi-country EMEA markets
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth through penetration strategies, new product launches, and cross-functional initiatives
- Solid P&L acumen, including experience with budgeting, resource prioritization, and financial performance management
- Experienced people leader with the ability to influence at executive level and develop high-performing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Fluent English skills, additional languages are a plus
