About the role
- Development of new processes (continuous improvement).
- Support for client contracts in LATAM (coordination between HISD LATAM, Legal, and clients).
- Execution of payments for AdMerch and indirect expenses (creation of POs, coordination with sourcing).
- Support for LATAM reporting control and management.
- Coordination of communication with the Advertising Agency.
- Lead implementation projects together with clients.
- Engage clients to implement new methodologies and tools to improve hospital management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Business Administration.
- Experience and knowledge in process flows.
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodology and Jira for project management and tracking.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical skills to translate client needs into robust strategic and marketing plans.
- Basic knowledge of software and information technology.
- Comfortable communicating and presenting in public.
- Fluent in English and basic Spanish.
