About the role

  • Development of new processes (continuous improvement).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Business Administration.
  • Experience and knowledge in process flows.
  • Basic knowledge of Agile methodology and Jira for project management and tracking.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical skills to translate client needs into robust strategic and marketing plans.
  • Basic knowledge of software and information technology.
  • Comfortable communicating and presenting in public.
  • Fluent in English and basic Spanish.
