About the role

  • Define project requirements and objectives by leading comprehensive needs assessments in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate complex material and chemical specifications, performance criteria, and regulatory considerations into clear, actionable project plans
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver project milestones on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with strategic program objectives
  • Apply project management best practices to drive consistent and predictable project execution
  • Support the development and execution of strategies specific to the Material Reinvent program
  • Demonstrate strong responsiveness and adaptability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management and/or team leadership
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with medical devices and FDA/ISO requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
  • Experience leading global cross-functional teams
  • New product development or product life cycle maintenance such as product engineering experience a plus
  • Ability to influence stakeholders including clarifying risks and opportunities
  • Experience in chemicals, polymers and adhesives a plus
  • Experience in manufacturing transfer to external manufacturing a plus
  • Microsoft Office and Project proficient
  • Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
