About the role

  • Engage directly with orthodontists and general dentists to promote clinically integrated treatment solutions
  • Build and manage relationships with orthodontists and dentists, identifying opportunities to introduce digital workflows and aligner solutions
  • Promote Ortho to Restore through restorative workflows, including Clarity™ aligners
  • Champion Freedom to Choose by enabling clinicians to personalize treatment plans using Solventum’s digital tools and aligner systems
  • Educate customers on Solventum’s digital ecosystem, including intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM integration, and case planning platforms
  • Support onboarding and clinical integration of Clarity™ aligners and restorative solutions
  • Drive digital sales performance through strategic targeting, segmentation, and consultative selling
  • Collaborate with Clinical Advisors, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor trends in digital dentistry and orthodontics, providing feedback to internal teams to refine strategy and offerings

Requirements

  • University education (bachelor’s or master’s degree) is preferable
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales (knowledge of traditional Orthodontic market is an advantage)
  • Proven experience in dental or orthodontic sales, ideally with exposure to digital workflows and aligner systems
  • Strong understanding of restorative dentistry and orthodontic treatment planning
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clinical professionals
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular) and Salesforce.co
  • Digital savvy to be able to work with digital products of the future
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Sales driven, perseverance and results oriented
