About the role
- Own marketing strategy and deliverables across multiple high-complexity projects
- Lead development of target product profiles (TPPs), value propositions, positioning, and business cases that are financially rigorous and evidence-based
- Integrate clinical insights into marketing strategy, ensuring product concepts reflect patient outcomes, medical need, and clinical evidence
- Lead market opportunity analyses, including competitive assessment, market potential, and unmet need identification
- Build out robust business cases, including revenue projections, NPV analyses, cost of goods considerations, and pricing strategies
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison on the new product core team
- Align marketing inputs with cross-functional plans, timelines, and operational constraints
- Collaborate with PMO to ensure stage-gate readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in upstream or downstream product marketing
- Experience with stage-gate processes and tools
- Experience in healthcare, medical device or similar regulated industry
