  • The Impact You’ll Make in this Role: As a Consolidation Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
  • Here, you will make an impact by: Support the monthly process to close the books and create accurate consolidated financial statements for the company in a timely manner
  • Support the local teams to ensure all local ERP trial balances are successfully transmitted to the consolidation system
  • Own the end-to-end consolidation steps and processes including ICO license fees, PII/SOS, equity reconciliation, entity management (includes ownership, setup, closure, creation and maintenance), sales growth and cash flow
  • Assist in driving a strong compliance culture; manage the consolidation SOX controls and account recons
  • Support the implementation of the new consolidation system OneStream via testing, running parallel month end closes, establishing new processes and/or transitioning existing ones, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher and seven (7) years of experience in Finance or Accounting in a public, private, or a military environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
  • Travel: 10% domestic
  • Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Certified Public Accountant and/or Certified Management Accountant
