About the role

  • Localize and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the Nordic markets
  • Lead efforts to generate qualified leads, develop local communication strategies, and manage participation in relevant events and congresses
  • Contribute to the marketing planning process and take ownership of the annual marketing activity calendar for the Nordic countries
  • Continuously monitor and gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies
  • Oversee and track the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Work closely with various internal departments, including marketing, sales and clinical teams to align on objectives with overall business goals
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a product management or country marketing role within the healthcare industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the Nordic healthcare systems
  • Proven expertise in marketing planning, product launches, and the execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong organizational and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to cultivate effective relationships across teams
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages.
