About the role

  • Accountable for achieving and striving to exceed the Sales Target for specified healthcare Territory by: selling and providing clinical education to existing Medical Surgical Division customers on the benefits of Solventum products to drive and grow revenue.
  • Identifying new accounts/customers and extending product usage within the Negative Pressure/Wound Care Pillar, to drive and grow revenue.
  • Ensures sales and clinical strategy implementation is aligned with commercial directives.
  • Identifies opportunities via gap analysis, using monthly sales report in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager.
  • Develops a deep knowledge of the solutions offered by Solventum Medical Surgical Division and how they can be applied in clinical settings.
  • Conduct professional and impactful business reviews to help customers understand current trends, deliver savings opportunities, identify key initiatives, and facilitate projects that drive value to the customer and Solventum.
  • Carries out duties independently with periodic supervision and assistance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred), or science related field
  • Sales experience within medical devices or consumables- preferred.
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Have flexibility and adaptability in approach to tasks.
  • Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Experience in Operating theatres
  • Experience and or knowledge of Acute Care Sector, Operating Theatres and/or Wound Care.
  • Ability to travel periodically- up to 30% of the time
