About the role
- Handle inbound inquiries of moderate scope and complexity within customer service areas, such as Account Management, Upselling, Customer Issue Resolution, Customer Inquiry Support, Customer Service Analytics.
- Interact with individuals such as patients, family members, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals, enhancing our customers experience with their healthcare needs.
- Implement Critical Thinking to analyze the callers request and determine next steps.
- Determine the best solution for our customers based on guidelines and expertise.
- Support other workstreams within the organization by providing the corresponding information to the callers or redirecting to the correct team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Advanced English (oral and written) C1
- Flexible & Adaptable – con horario, procesos de trabajo y prioridades.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Ability to convey a positive customer service and team-oriented attitude.
- Soft skills: Empatía, Cortesía, Escucha activa, Pensamiento crítico.
- Technical skills: Microsoft Office, Conocimientos informáticos.
