Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10 years of progressive experience in HR or business functions
- 5 years of experience in talent management or organizational development
- Proven ability to design scalable talent programs that align with business objectives
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving change in a dynamic environment
