About the role
- Drive sales growth within the division according to Emerging Markets strategic plan
- Oversee the E2E Account setup process and maintain Customer Engagement with top accounts
- Distributor contract negotiations, set-up, maintenance, compliance, supervision, and communication
- Ensure alignment to local pricing needs and deviations
- Establish, initiate, and maintain relationships with internal customers by understanding and anticipating their needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 8 years of managerial experience in Sales
- 5 years of overseeing Channel or Distribution Account Management
- 5 years of implementing & driving joint business plans with channel partners
- 5 years of working with local Medtech Regulatory Requirements of LATAM area
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
