About the role

  • Drive sales growth within the division according to Emerging Markets strategic plan
  • Oversee the E2E Account setup process and maintain Customer Engagement with top accounts
  • Distributor contract negotiations, set-up, maintenance, compliance, supervision, and communication
  • Ensure alignment to local pricing needs and deviations
  • Establish, initiate, and maintain relationships with internal customers by understanding and anticipating their needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 8 years of managerial experience in Sales
  • 5 years of overseeing Channel or Distribution Account Management
  • 5 years of implementing & driving joint business plans with channel partners
  • 5 years of working with local Medtech Regulatory Requirements of LATAM area
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
