About the role

  • Driving indirect sales team to detail Solventum solutions to Health Care Professionals with passion
  • Developing a medical promotion plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage
  • Analyzing Market and Opportunity data to drive and adjust the medical plan
  • Driving utilization of the company product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objective
  • Developing and managing a favorable relationship with key decision makers (from physicians to top-management to nurses)
  • Supporting product testing and demo
  • Participating in customer events (congress, workshop, hospital meetings, etc)
  • Planning, leading & execution of hospital presentations to HCP’s (at least 1 organization a day)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences or Clinical is preferred)
  • Previous medical affairs, marketing experience, at least 2 years, in medical device market
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good presentation and networking skills
  • Intermediate/Upper Intermediate English knowledge
  • Flexibility to travel across the assigned territory
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
