About the role

  • Manage a sales team focused on customer support, growth and strong relationships
  • Achieve corporate annual financial and strategic goals assigned to region care settings
  • Lead region to achieve strategic corporate goals, including sales and implementation of corporate initiatives regarding new products and programs
  • Model, Connect, and Empower individuals to achieve goals
  • Manage expenses within assigned region budget; ensuring operating margin goals are achieved
  • Manage all administrative requirements of position
  • Hire, develop, and retain high performing staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND seven (7) years combined medical sales and/or sales management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) AND eleven (11) years combined medical sales and/or sales management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Experience in marketing, sales training, or product development in medical devices and operating room appliances and instruments
  • Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience forecasting
  • Demonstrated leadership, planning and organization skills
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, project management and implementation skills
  • Demonstrated process management skills
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills
