About the role
- Manage a sales team focused on customer support, growth and strong relationships
- Achieve corporate annual financial and strategic goals assigned to region care settings
- Lead region to achieve strategic corporate goals, including sales and implementation of corporate initiatives regarding new products and programs
- Model, Connect, and Empower individuals to achieve goals
- Manage expenses within assigned region budget; ensuring operating margin goals are achieved
- Manage all administrative requirements of position
- Hire, develop, and retain high performing staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND seven (7) years combined medical sales and/or sales management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) AND eleven (11) years combined medical sales and/or sales management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Experience in marketing, sales training, or product development in medical devices and operating room appliances and instruments
- Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience forecasting
- Demonstrated leadership, planning and organization skills
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, project management and implementation skills
- Demonstrated process management skills
- Demonstrated relationship management skills
