About the role
- Meeting and exceeding sales target while managing administrative responsibilities and CRM requirements.
- Negotiating and closing sales opportunities by presenting 1:1 or to small groups using persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
- Responding rapidly to customer requests and interacting with a professional demeanor to establish strong business relationships within the territory.
- Independently solving problems with a positive attitude in a competitive environment.
- Collaborating and sharing knowledge with Solventum teammates and internal cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start)
- 1 year or more of Field Sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Current and valid driver’s license is required
- Dental sales experience is preferred
