About the role

  • Accountable for the Workday Help Center of Excellence (COE) to provide strategic direction, prioritize business needs, and oversee functional decisions related to the platform.
  • Responsible for providing business oversight and approvals for system changes, enhancements, and fixes, ensuring a consistent and scalable global case management experience.
  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for HR marketing platforms and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with employees, people leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Communications teams to understand business needs and employee experience goals.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, employee impact, and data insights.
  • Champion the transformation of HR Services into a productized, scalable model , balancing global consistency with local needs.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for HR-related initiatives, including employer branding, recruitment marketing, onboarding and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of AI enabled solutions and self-service capabilities to improve HR service delivery.
  • Own and manage the global HR knowledge base and content strategy, ensuring information is clear, searchable, localized, and consistently branded.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between HR stakeholders, communication and marketing teams, IT and digital development teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, HR, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Digital/Marketing Manager, or HR Technology/Product Manager or similar role.
  • Experience with HR processes, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and employer branding.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (ATS, CRM, HRIS integrations, career sites, intranets, employee engagement platforms).
  • 5 years of leadership experience
  • Skilled in Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, experience working with and ability to manage cross-functional, global teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into meaningful insights and actions.
  • Strategic Global product experience
  • Passionate about human-centered design, improving the employee journey, and delivering measurable impact.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
  • Skilled at building trust and alignment between HR, Communications & Brand, employees, people leaders, and IT teams.
