About the role
- Responsible for initiating mailer audits of field based Solventum assets
- Respond and work with customers on account reconciliation
- Ensure accurate install base records in the system of record
- Resolve outstanding or inaccurate records
- Comply with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties
- May include up to 5% domestic/international travel

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution
- Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Demonstrate ability to complete assignments under pressure and short timelines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to anticipate and problem solve independently
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
- MS Teams experience a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
