Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President and Sr Directors
Act as a liaison between the leaders and internal/external stakeholders
Manage and process purchase orders and maintain up-to-date records
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects
Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Assist in project management coordination efforts
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND four years of professional experience in an administrative capacity OR High School Diploma/GED AND six years of professional experience in an administrative capacity
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of professionalism and discretion
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with various software and tools, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Concur and advanced Excel functions
Knowledge of AI tools and AI agent creation
