About the role

  • The candidate will be responsible for designing and building the data infrastructure and AI/ML capabilities that power the bank's contact center modernization program.
  • This includes data pipeline development, data modeling, and contributing to AI-driven features such as intelligent routing, knowledge retrieval, and agent assistance.
  • The candidate will work closely with engineering and business teams to ensure data solutions meet the bank's quality, security, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in data engineering, data science, or data architecture in regulated industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data pipeline and model development.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise data architectures.
  • Experience with AI/ML pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and GDPR compliance.
  • Polish language (spoken and written).
