About the role

  • The candidate will build and maintain the integration layer connecting the contact center AI platform to the bank's internal systems.
  • The candidate will design resilient, secure, and scalable integration patterns that meet banking SLA and compliance requirements.
  • Support event-driven data flows that feed downstream AI components.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in backend software engineering or systems integration.
  • Proficiency in Java and/or Python for enterprise service development.
  • TypeScript for API gateway or middleware components.
  • REST and SOAP API design and consumption.
  • Experience with enterprise integration and event-driven patterns.
  • Strong understanding of API security.
  • Exposure to system integration in banking or financial services.
  • Polish language (spoken and written).
