About the role

  • The candidate will design, provision, and maintain the cloud infrastructure underpinning the contact center AI platform.
  • Responsibilities include CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, secure API gateways, and observability tooling, all built to meet the security and availability requirements of a regulated banking environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or DevOps engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider.
  • Kubernetes / container orchestration.
  • CI/CD pipeline design.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Experience working in regulated, compliance-heavy environments.
  • Security hardening: network segmentation, RBAC, secrets management.
  • Polish language (spoken and written).
