About the role

  • Partner closely with the Email Marketing team to analyse CRM and campaign performance.
  • Evaluate email campaign results, including engagement, conversion, and customer behaviour metrics.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth within the email marketing channel.
  • Design, propose, and evaluate data-driven experiments to test hypotheses and improve performance.
  • Develop clear insights and recommendations to inform campaign strategy and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to track performance and experiment outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement of CRM processes, segmentation, and targeting strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a CRM Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and customer data.
  • Experience working with email marketing data and lifecycle communications.
  • Experience designing and evaluating experiments (A/B testing, hypothesis testing).
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
