About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing national and international IT projects in the logistics sector is your responsibility.
You are the primary point of contact for the client.
You collaborate with end users to develop solutions for complex challenges.
Through workshops and training sessions, you ensure our customers are fully familiar with our software and can work efficiently.
You are responsible for designing and implementing customer-specific data interfaces, process workflows, business logic, and reports.
You advise our clients and prepare proposals for extension or enhancement requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), a degree in (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification.
You already bring initial experience in consulting or (IT) project management.
Ideally, you have gained first experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
You are enthusiastic about complex software solutions, IT-savvy and always act with a customer-oriented approach.
You have business-fluent (negotiation-level) German and English skills, ideally also French, and are willing to travel occasionally.
