You will support our HR-led restructuring project and work closely with experienced HR professionals and the Group CHRO.
Together with your colleagues and under guidance, you will design process optimizations and documentation to make our workflows harmonized and scalable.
You will assist in developing templates, checklists and guidelines.
You will gain insights into the HR transformation of a private equity portfolio company.
Requirements
You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology with a focus on HR, or a comparable degree program.
You already have some experience in Human Resources.
You have good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with Confluence and Visio.
You work in a structured, results- and solution-oriented manner.
You have German and English skills at C1 level.
