About the role
- You will support our HR-led restructuring project and work closely with experienced HR professionals and the Group CHRO.
- Together with your colleagues and under guidance, you will design process optimizations and documentation to make our workflows harmonized and scalable.
- You will assist in developing templates, checklists and guidelines.
- You will gain insights into the HR transformation of a private equity portfolio company.
Requirements
- You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology with a focus on HR, or a comparable degree program.
- You already have some experience in Human Resources.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with Confluence and Visio.
- You work in a structured, results- and solution-oriented manner.
- You have German and English skills at C1 level.
