About the role

  • You support (SaaS) applications within our company.
  • You install, configure and set up standard software.
  • You document and design digital business processes.
  • You analyze data, prepare data and migrate it.
  • You develop automations for everyday tasks.
  • You connect standard solutions via interfaces.
  • You handle troubleshooting and bug fixing.

Requirements

  • You are proficient with Excel and have experience working with APIs.
  • You work in a structured, conscientious manner and are able to communicate effectively.
  • You enjoy structured work and think in terms of recurring processes and systems — or want to develop in that direction.
  • Your strengths lie in analytical and independent thinking.
  • Ideally, you have experience with the following software solutions: Zapier, Integromat (Make), HubSpot, Close CRM, G Suite, Slack (or comparable tools).
