- You support (SaaS) applications within our company
- You install, configure and set up standard software
- You document and design digital business processes
- You analyze data, prepare it and migrate it
- You develop automations for routine tasks
- You connect standard solutions via integrations and APIs
- You handle error analysis and troubleshooting
Requirements
- You are proficient with Excel and have experience with APIs
- You work in a structured, conscientious manner and are communicative
- You enjoy structured work and think in terms of recurring processes and systems, or you want to develop in that direction
- Your strengths lie in analytical and independent thinking
- Ideally experience with the following software solutions: Zapier, Integromat (Make), HubSpot, Close CRM, G Suite, Slack (or similar tools)
